Terms of Service

By accessing or using Unsnag ("Service"), operated by Unsnag ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Unsnag provides automated website auditing, performance analysis, SEO evaluation, security scanning, and related diagnostic reporting tools. Results are for informational purposes and should not be treated as professional legal, financial, or security advice.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit URLs you do not own or do not have permission to audit.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent any rate limits or security measures.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Plans

We offer Free, Pro ($29/mo), Business ($79/mo), and Agency ($149/mo) plans. Features vary by plan as described on our Pricing page.

Payment

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated below.

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscribers.
• Refunds outside the 14-day window are at our sole discretion.

Plan Changes

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

The Service, including all software, design, text, and content, is owned by Unsnag and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any URLs, content, and data you submit to the Service. By submitting URLs, you grant us a limited licence to process them solely for the purpose of providing the audit service.

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe, Google, Anthropic, Resend, and Vercel. Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that audit results are complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. Website performance and security are complex topics; results should be reviewed by qualified professionals before taking action.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNSNAG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold Unsnag harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting support@unsnag.io.

Sections 6–10 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
