How long does an audit take?
Most audits complete in under 60 seconds. Large or slow-loading sites may take up to 2 minutes. If an audit is stuck for longer, try refreshing or submitting again.
Can I audit any website?
You can audit any publicly accessible website. Sites behind login walls, IP allowlists, or that block crawlers may return incomplete results.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Billing → Cancel subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your paid billing period. No prorated refunds unless within the 14-day money-back window.
What does the A-F grading mean?
Each grade reflects how well your site performs in that category relative to industry benchmarks. A = excellent (top 10%), F = critical issues requiring immediate attention.
Are my audit results private?
Yes. Only you can view your audit results unless you explicitly share a report using the share link feature.
Do you store the content of the websites I audit?
We store audit metadata and scores, not the full page content. Page content sent to our AI analysis (paid plans only) is not retained after the analysis completes.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscribers. Email billing@unsnag.io with your account email and we'll process the refund within 5 business days.
Is there an API?
